Ensuring that processes needed for the QMS Management System
are established, implemented and maintained in accordance with
international standards.
- Conducting planned gap analysis on existing QMS documentation
(Manual, System Procedures, Work Instructions, forms & Operational
Controls) to suit the adequacy and changes in the Organization.
- Providing induction training to all new recruitments on Quality
management system.
- Conducting internal audits on Quality management system as per
annual audit plan.
- Carrying out process interactions and mapping for all defined
processes in the QMS management System.
- Formulating objectives with process owners / top management and
monitoring of the same.
- Reporting on objectives/analysis, internal audits, statistical analysis,
customer satisfaction, customer complaints analysis, quality analysis,
management review records, training records, competence criteria,
etc.
- Reporting to top management on non-conformances identified
through internal audits, failure in meeting objectives, customer
complaints, supplier deficiencies, etc.
- To present and participate in the external certification assessments
- Follow up for corrective action & preventive actions as result of
internal and external audits
To act as a liaison with external agencies on closure of non
- conformities
- Attend & respond to all enquiries, prepare and follow-up
quotations / Delivery Challans / Invoices / Proforma Invoices
- Co-ordinate with stores / logistics / service dept for smooth and
timely delivery, Co-ordinate with Govt Dept (i.e. IRS / DG / MMD,
etc.) for arranging survey, updating approvals
- Making Daily / Monthly Reports and sending to HO on behalf of
BDM, Assist BDM for day-to-day activities.
- Any other duty as advised by the BDM.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
