Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our B2B Wholesale Apparel Company in the United States.

Your role will involve handling inquiries, providing inventory information, coordinating shipments, managing intercompany transfers, processing returns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This position requires working remotely from home during the US shift hours. i.e 6 PM To 2AM India Time

**Responsibilities**:
Inform customers about order shipment details and accurately invoice orders in the accounting system.

Collaborate with various logistics providers to obtain quotes for large freight shipments, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery.

Process intercompany transfers of goods between the USA and Canada warehouses, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and timely execution.

Proactively communicate with customers about any inventory shortages, offering options such as backorders or order cancellation for the remaining items, based on their preferences and approval.

Attend customer calls with a fluent command of the English language, addressing inquiries and providing appropriate assistance.

Handle return and replacement orders for customers, including missing pieces or defective/damaged items, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.

Work in the US shift hours (6 pm to 2 am Night) as per the Indian time zone.

Work remotely from home, requiring a laptop and a reliable internet connection, which will be reimbursed.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment or wholesale industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with diverse customers.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and patience.

Proficient in using accounting and other systems to manage customer interactions, process orders, and track shipments.

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple customer inquiries and tasks simultaneously.

Familiarity with logistics processes and experience in obtaining freight quotes would be an advantage.

Must have a laptop and a reliable internet connection to work from home, which will be reimbursed

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
