Customer Service Officer

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Client Servicing: Interacting with clients from Transport / logistics segment and servicing them for their day to day requirements.
- Operations: Managing operations related activities, stock management and coordinating with team internally.
- Business Acumen and Customer Retention.
- Develop strong strategic relationship with the customers.
- Monitoring and servicing on-boarded customers.
- Develop strong relationship with all stake holders.
**Target Segment**
- Transporters.
- Logistic companies.
- Commercial Vehicles Trucks, Buses, heavy vehicles etc.
- Should be result oriented, go getter with a high passion for numbers and ability to work under target focused approach.
- Should be a fast learner, innovative and open for newer concepts / ideas / technology.
- Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Local Regional Language).
- Must have own vehicle i.e. 2-Wheeler.
- Must have minimum 1 year of experience in Customer servicing/handling.
- Business / Sales acumen is helpful in this profile.
