**Inside Sales Executive**

Location: Navi Mumbai (CBD Belapur)

Shift Timings:Day Shift

**Company Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Outbound Calls**: Initiate a minimum of 200 outbound calls daily, engaging in empathetic conversations with parents seeking therapy services for their children.

2. **Talk Time**: Maintain a minimum of 2 hours of productive talk time daily, effectively communicating the benefits of our therapy services and addressing parents' concerns.

3. **Prospect Generation**: Identify and generate a minimum of 8 high-quality prospects each day through thoughtful engagement and active listening during conversations.

4. **Daily Deliverables**: Consistently meet daily deliverable goals, ensuring that all targets are achieved promptly and efficiently.

5. **Enrollment Targets**: Strive to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in **hard core sales track record of meeting or exceeding targets.**
- **Excellent communication skills **and the ability to engage effectively with parents.
- Empathetic and patient, with a genuine passion for helping children access therapy services.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
