**Brief Job Description of Treatment Coordinator**

1. Work with a team of MDS specialists and propose comprehensive treatment plans to patients and help them complete their treatments.

2. Present treatment plans to patients, clarify the doubts and help patients understand the importance of completing such treatments.

3. Gaining acceptance to the proposed treatment plans along-with the costs & timelines required.

4. Follow the processes implemented by Ridgetop with respect to Group Practice, Appointment placements, scheduling protocols, pre-payments for planned treatments, cancellation fees, refund policy, consent forms, etc.

5. Develop good knowledge with respect to steps involved in procedures like Dental Implants, Orthodontics, Root canals and restorative procedures, Cosmetic Smile Design, Veneers etc.

6. Understanding Treatment Estimates, Fee Schedule and finance options.

7. Achieve the Monthly and Quarterly production goals as assigned by the corporate team.

8. Attend Wellness programs to propose limited dental exam for employees at the corporates.

9. Collect Patient Referrals and Patient Testimonials on social media platforms after completion of treatments.

11. Handling patient flow and ensure compliance to patient registration forms & treatment plans on a daily basis. Confirmation Calls for next day appointments.

13. Daily Reports and Weekly Reports to be maintained.
- Daily Production Planning & Forecast Report, Visibility Report (Monthly)
- Monthly performance Report

(Proposed TX Value, Conversions & Acceptance Ratios, ARPP, Production Goal achievement etc.)
- Master Report Updates
- High Value Consumable consumption (Implants, Bone Graft, Membranes Ortho Kits)

14. Understanding and keeping abreast of latest trends in dentistry.

15. And other job responsibilities as and when assigned by the management

**Requirements**:
**Eligibility Criteria & Minimum Requirements**:

- He or She should have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken), presentation skills, be extremely good at negotiations skills, forecasting numbers, financial planning, and excellent people skills to work as a team player.
- A graduate from a reputed institution with at least 2+ years of relevant experience. BDS, MBA / MHA will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in handling patients in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to make a decision at their own discretion but stay accountable for such decisions.
- Ability to interact with the team in a collegial manner to accomplish common tasks.
- Familiarity with all the roles and responsibilities of the clinical operations department like Front Desk Operations, patient flow management, dental assisting, stock management, treatment coordination.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written to effectively communicate and interact with vendors, different departments, partners, stakeholders, and other affiliates.
- Ability to coordinate and lead meetings with all the teams and senior management.

**Other Terms & Conditions**

1. Your duties and responsibilities will be assigned by the reporting manager and the HR department from time to time which will be based on organization requirements.

2. Your work location can be at any of the clinics of Ridgetop as maybe decided by the management.

3. Your probation period will be a period of 180 days.

4. On successful completion of probation your services may be confirmed with the organization.

5. On successful completion of probation, you will be eligible for benefits like Dental Allowance and Privilege Leave etc. as per the company policy.

6. You will be expected to work for a minimum of 8 hours per day and 6 days a week and the schedule for the same will be defined at a later date. Sundays will be working day, however this will be based on the Roster.
- The above role is for full time employment at our organization and you will not engage in any other work either directly or indirectly.
