Telehealth Coordinator at Zveta.health

Zveta.health is searching for a Telehealth Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in improving patient lives. In this role, you'll become a trusted partner for assigned patients, managing their integrated medicine journey.

**What you'll do**:

- Be the primary point of contact for patients, coordinating care and addressing questions.
- Schedule and participate in co-counseling sessions alongside our team of Ayurveda practitioners, nutritionists, and wellness coaches.
- Co-ordinate with therapists & fulfilment teams for patient services
- Track patient progress towards treatment goals, monitoring adherence and overall well-being.
- Plan interventions as and where necessary per the disease plan.
- Identify upselling opportunities by identifying needs of patients

Reach us, if you are,
- Are passionate about empowering patients.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enjoy a detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and scheduling abilities.
- Are comfortable with telehealth platforms and data management.
- B.Pharm, GNM, BSC nursing graduates, with or without previous telehealth experience
- CTC : 30k/Month
