We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Success Associate to join our remote team in India.

**You Mission**

**Responsibilities**

3. Monitor Customer usage and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and proactively offering guidance.

4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional teams through internal Chat and video conferencing to address client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice, technical assistance and recommendations.

6. Assist in the development and execution of customer success strategies to foster long-term relationships and renewals.

**Requirements**:
1. A Minimum of Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.

2. Strong Knowledge of HTML and CSS.

3. Advanced universal English writing skills with Pristine English Grammer; CLB 7 or higher

4. Exceptional data analytics skills, with the ability to identify trends, work with large numbers, and understand correlations easily. Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite.

5. Great Problem-Solving and logical thinking abilities.

6. Flexibility to work in night shifts is a must.

7. Previous experience in software technical support.

8. Domain Experience/Awareness in digital marketing, digital advertising and campaign management.

**Desirable (Great to Have)**

1. Knowledge of RADIUS servers.

2. CCNA awareness, with knowledge of equipment and access point across CISCO, MERAKI, ARUBA and RUCKUS brands.
