Agm - Administration (Real Estate)

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Oversee daily administrative operations at the project site and ensure the smooth functioning of site offices and facilities.
- Manage site-related documentation and record-keeping.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers and service providers.
- Ensure proper maintenance and security of site facilities.
- Oversee housekeeping, landscaping, and other facility services.
- Coordinate with the safety team to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Proactive liaison with local authorities.
- Act as a liaison between the project site and the head office.
- Facilitate communication between different departments and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular reports on site administration activities.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, Maintain records of statutory compliances and licenses. (Workman compensation policy, Labour welfare related compliance)
- Implement inventory control measures to prevent shortages and wastage.
- Responds quickly to emergency situations
**Other Skills**
- Proven experience in managing administrative functions for construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of vendor management, facility management, and site operations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software.
- Highly Self-motivated, Assertive and Resourceful
- Good communication skills, analytical skills, time management skills required
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
