A leading manufacturer of electrical control panels, sheet metal enclosures, and precision sheet metal parts, serving various industries with high-quality, precision-engineered solutions, with a commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, is looking for a highly motivated Store Executive to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Ambernath.
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Material Handling**:
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials within the store.
- Ensure materials are handled and stored in a safe and organized manner.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies to the Store Manager.
**Inventory Management**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of material inward and outward movements.
- Use Excel to log all material transactions, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of inventory reports as required.
**Logistics Coordination**:
- Coordinate with procurement and production departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Monitor and manage stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
**Documentation and Compliance**:
- Ensure all material handling procedures comply with company policies and safety regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation for all transactions and movements within the store.
**Customer Service**:
- Provide excellent customer service to internal departments by addressing material-related queries and requests promptly.
- Support the Store Manager in resolving any issues related to material handling and inventory management.
**Qualifications**:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in store management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Strong understanding of material handling procedures and best practices.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements related to material storage and handling.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
