**Role Overview: Receptionist**

As a Receptionist for GPS Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients and visitors receive a warm and welcoming experience. You'll be the first point of contact for potential buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders, representing the face of our company and creating a positive first impression.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and agents with a friendly and professional demeanor.

2. Manage and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.

3. Provide information about available properties and real estate services to callers and visitors.

4. Assist agents with scheduling property viewings and appointments.

5. Maintain an organized and inviting reception area, ensuring it reflects the high standards of our company.

6. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages promptly.

7. Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing office supplies.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹21,146.07 per month

**Education**:
