**Job Description for Tuition Class Receptionist**

Position Overview: The Tuition Class Receptionist is responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to students, parents, and tutors in a tuition centre. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for students and parents and will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Greet students and parents as they enter the tuition centre and provide assistance with any questions or concerns, they may have.

Manage student and tutor schedules, ensuring that all appointments are booked accurately and efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of student attendance, payments, and progress.

Collect tuition fees from students and ensure that payments are recorded accurately.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring that all marketing materials are up-to-date and available for distribution.

Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as needed.

Collaborate with tutors and other staff members to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate’s or bachelor's degree is preferred.

Previous experience working in a customer service or administrative support role is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Knowledge of basic accounting principles and ability to manage financial records accurately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

- Amarnath, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)
