**What Would You Be Doing**

You would be playing a critical function that ensures the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial data and reports generated by the accounting department. You would be responsible for improving the efficiency of accounting processes, reducing the risk of errors and delays, and increasing the overall productivity of the accounting team.
- Your primary responsibility would be to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data and reports or anything that impacts cost / funds
- Conduct audits and internal controls to identify potential risks or errors in processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to management.
- Analyze data and reports to ensure compliance with accounting policies and standards.
- Prepare reports documenting audit findings and recommendations.
- Additionally, you would collaborate with all stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or issues found during audits.

**Requirements-**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel with experience in data mining, MIS and business analysis with strong analytical/ logical thinking skills.
- Some Experience in accounting, auditing, or quality assurance
- Developing and implementing internal audit policies, procedures, and methodologies.
- Demonstrates flexibility and ownership & manages the overall performance of Programs in terms of quality and delivery of service.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities & thinking skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to understand business requirements and address issues at various levels.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
