**Position Responsibilities**:

- Partner with project teams to create effective, usable and satisfying user experiences
- Perform user-centered design activities that actively involve users throughout all phases of a project to ensure product usability
- Conduct user research through interviews, field studies and surveys
- Define user requirements and usability goals
- Create user interaction design alternatives. Convey designs by building prototypes. Conduct usability tests, heuristic evaluations or other reviews to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the designs. Diagnose and analyze usability issues and refines design or recommend changes
- Works with cross functional teams including Boeing Digital Aviation UX, product management, business analysis, and engineering to define, design and implement clear, contemporary/modern, and consistent solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
- This position will support initiatives of Boeing India organization related to engineering excellence, employee development, mentoring, customer engagement etc.
- This position will require some travel within India and internationally

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:

- Bachelors/ Master’s Degree.
- Experience working in a global organization is preferred

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- Require Bachelors/ Master’s Degree.
- Must be a self-starter with positive attitude, high ethics, and a track record of working successfully under pressure in a time-constrained environment
- Must keep current with design trends in the industry, and take an interest in our design operations and contribute to BGS CX initiatives
- Must have experience in fully participating in research activities
- Must have experience in conducting user interviews, work with data analysts on surveys, and participate in design sprints
- Must have experience in working with product owners to analyze research data and use it to create journey maps, scenarios, service blueprints and other documentation
- Must have experience in developing solutions through brainstorming, sketching, and creation of mockups, regularly seeking feedback from the team and providing fee
