Responsibilities:

User Research and Analysis:

Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences.Create personas, user journey maps, empathy maps etc.Analyze user feedback and usage data to inform design decisions.Wireframing and Prototyping:Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to illustrate design concepts.Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing.UI/UX Design:Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.Ensure consistency and coherence in design across various platforms.Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to bring designs from concept to implementation.Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical team members.

Usability Testing:

Plan and conduct usability testing to gather insights on the user experience.Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.Accessibility:Advocate for and implement accessibility best practices to ensure products are usable by a diverse audience.Stay Current with Industry Trends:Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.Proven experience as a UI/UX DesignerPortfolio showcasing a strong foundation in user interface and experience design.Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, miro or similar.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.Experience with responsive and mobile design.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
