- Client Gift Cards & Incentives is a rapidly growing, multi-billion dollar business, which significantly contributes to the companys profitability and is the face of Client in many physical stores throughout the world.
- We create and enhance multiple stored value products sold globally through a variety of channels, including the Client website, direct corporate sales, retail stores, and other partnerships.
- We are looking for a seasoned User Experience Designer who is passionate about conceiving experiences and then driving that vision into solid design deliverables including wireframes and high fidelity designs.
- This designer will take the experience of purchasing, sending, and redeeming Client Gift Cards through both self-use and gifting products to the next level by creating new ways to delight our customers at a global scale.
- They will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including product managers, marketing managers, and developers.
- They must have a relentless attention to detail, strong communication skills, exhibit exceptional ownership, and have a proven record of getting results.

Core responsibilities
- Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, analytics, customer feedback, user research and technical constraints/opportunities.
- Create wireframes, high fidelity design mockups and prototypes to effectively conceptualise new product initiatives and features.
- Develop detailed user-interface specifications, working closely with engineering to see your design through to deployment.
- Communicate design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organisation.

Basic qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in user experience design
- Bachelors, or equivalent degree, in Design, HCI, or related field or equivalent professional experience with the design field.
- A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating knowledge of UX and user research best practices and design process that drove measurable results.
- Experience working across teams and synthesising feedback from multiple teams/owners
- Experience working with a variety of software design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Invision etc.

Preferred qualifications
- Experience working in a global context, with a proven ability to consider the worldwide impact of products.
- Understanding of information architecture, ability to use design methods to generate ideas and galvanise point-of-view with stakeholders, demonstration of UX and visual design sensibilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
