Act as a single point of HR contact for the employees and managers

of assigned functions.
- Proactively support the delivery of all HR processes including

employee engagement, queries & grievances, performance

management and exit management for assigned functions.
- Close vacancies of assigned functions seamlessly.
- Drive direct hiring through job portals and direct channels like

Naukri, IIM jobs, LinkedIn for assigned functions.
- Drive and support Talent Acquisition process by monitoring and

maintaining recruitment related trackers.
- Support headcount planning and track it while maintaining updated

organisation structure and HRMS mapping.
- Analyse, manage and maintain Corporate HR data for monthly MIS.
- Administer relevant processes in HRMS.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- HRBP: 6 years (preferred)
- Business partnering: 6 years (preferred)
