**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with service engineers to gather work details, including scope of service, materials required, and labor hours, for sales quotations.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales quotations based on client specifications, pricing guidelines, and company policies.
- Liaise with the sales team to review and finalize quotations, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory departments to ensure availability of materials and components for sales orders.
- Maintain records of sales quotations, including revisions, approvals, and communication with clients, in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Process sales orders and generate invoices promptly and accurately, adhering to billing terms and payment schedules.
- Provide sales support to the field sales team, including responding to inquiries, providing product information, and assisting with order processing.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Monitor sales order status and communicate updates to clients and internal stakeholders as necessary.
- Assist in maintaining sales documentation, including price lists, product catalogs, and sales contracts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
