**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Process Coordinator with strong computer skills and proficiency in Google Sheets. This position requires a proactive and tech-savvy individual who can efficiently manage data, facilitate communication, and drive process improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Process Optimization**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements. Implement approved changes to enhance workflow efficiency.

**2. Data Management**: Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and records using Google Sheets. Ensure data accuracy and integrity while generating reports as needed.

**3. Communication Facilitation**: Act as a bridge between different departments, ensuring clear and timely communication. Distribute relevant information and updates to the relevant stakeholders.

**4. Documentation**: Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guidelines. Ensure that all team members have access to accurate process documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- 12th Passed & Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on process improvement.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
