Export Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations for export activities.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Prepare and verify export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading/air waybills.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and transport agencies to ensure timely delivery.
- Track shipments and provide updates to internal teams and customers.
- Resolve any arising issues or complaints related to export processes.
- Maintain accurate records of all export transactions.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide support.
- Assist in cost analysis and planning to optimize export operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field. (highly preferable)
- Proven experience as an export coordinator or similar role. (required)
- Familiarity with furniture products and packaging standards is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of export procedures and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and database software.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
