Client Service Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Onboarding**: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, including gathering necessary information, explaining our products/services, and guiding clients through the setup process.
- **Account Management**: Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in our systems. Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services.
- **Issue Resolution**: Handle client complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure prompt resolution of problems.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and stay up-to-date on new features or updates. Educate clients on product/service offerings and provide guidance on how to maximize value from our solutions.
- **Client Training**: Conduct client training sessions to demonstrate product features, functionality, and best practices. Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients to ensure they are proficient in using our products/services.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system. Generate reports and analyze data to track client satisfaction, identify trends, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- **Client Retention**: Proactively engage with clients to foster long-term relationships and promote client loyalty. Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and exceed expectations to drive client retention and referrals.

**Qualifications**:

- MSW / MCJ/ MHA
- 2 YEAR EXPERIEMNCE MINIMUM
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
