Welfare Officer

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement welfare programs to enhance employee well-being and job satisfaction.
Manage employee assistance programs and support services.
Address employee concerns and grievances through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Organize and coordinate health and wellness initiatives.
Collaborate with management to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Conduct regular assessments of employee needs and preferences to improve welfare offerings.
Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Work, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Welfare Officer or similar role.
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Empathetic and compassionate approach towards employee well-being.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
