Executive Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage scheduling for company executive
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Maintain various records and documents for company executive
- Review and monitor the work progress and be updated
**Requirements**:
- 2-3 years of proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with proven success in managing coordination, collaboration, and communication in a dynamic environment.
