Personal Secretary

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Administrative Support**:
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to higher management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage diaries, appointments, and meetings for executives.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
2. **Communication Management**:
- Act as a liaison between higher management and internal/external stakeholders.
3. **Event and Travel Coordination**:
- Arrange and coordinate travel schedules, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Organize company events, meetings, conferences, and business functions.
4. **Documentation and Filing**:
- Maintain confidential files and records for the executive office.
- Organize and store important documents and ensure easy retrieval of information.
5. **Task Management**:
- Assist in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks for higher management.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.
6. **Stakeholder Relations**:
- Build and maintain relationships with internal departments, clients, and business partners.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**: Master’s Degree in a relevant field (MSC).
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Secretary or in a similar role.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen eye for accuracy in all administrative tasks.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle challenges and provide solutions under pressure.
