**Designation-CS Article Trainee**

**Location - Patna, Bihar**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Compliance Management**: Assist in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Prepare and file documents with regulatory bodies.
- **Corporate Governance**: Support in drafting and maintaining board resolutions, minutes of meetings, and other governance-related documentation.
- **Secretarial Services**: Provide support for company secretarial services including company registrations, changes to company records, and maintenance of statutory registers.
- **Research & Analysis**: Conduct research on regulatory updates and industry practices. Assist in analyzing and interpreting legal and regulatory information.
- **Document Management**: Organize and maintain company records and documentation in an accurate and secure manner.
- **Client Interaction**: Assist in responding to client queries and provide professional support to the senior secretarial team.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Qualified Executive of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- **Experience**: Previous internship or work experience in a company secretarial role is preferred but not required.
- **Skills**: Strong understanding of company law, corporate governance, and compliance requirements.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of company secretarial software is a plus.
