**Job Title: Sales and Front Office Intern**

Duration: 6 months

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Front Office Intern to join our team at Boston Living. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both sales and front office operations. You will work closely with our team to support various tasks related to customer service, sales, guest interactions, and community management. This role provides valuable exposure to the hospitality industry and a chance to develop your skills in a professional setting.

**Job Roles**:

- Assist in welcoming guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring a warm and friendly greeting.
- Collaborate with the front office team to handle guest concerns efficiently and provide excellent service.
- Learn and adhere to company culture and values, reflecting them in your daily work and interactions.
- Assist in maintaining accurate guest information and sharing relevant data within the team.
- Learn the art of upselling room upgrades and collecting early check-in and late check-out fees.
- Gain exposure to billing processes and ensure accurate data entry in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Conduct show-arounds of the property to prospective guests, showcasing its features and amenities.
- Handle incoming calls from leads, providing information about our services and offerings.
- Utilize the Leadsquared CRM to manage and track leads, ensuring efficient follow-up.
- Collaborate with the Community Manager for social media interactions, including creating videos, graphics, and participating in community events.
- Support in organizing and promoting community events, engaging with guests and residents.

**Prerequisites**:

- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and willingness to acquire new technology skills.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in the hospitality industry, social media management, and sales.
