Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach, cold calling, and email campaigns for the US market. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, ensuring consistent follow-ups and nurturing relationships. Present and promote company products or services to prospective B2 B clients effectively. Identify client needs and customize solutions to meet their requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to align client expectations with deliverables. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPI metrics consistently. Research and analyze market trends in the US region to identify new business opportunities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals in the CRM system. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field. 2+ years of experience in international B2 B sales, with a focus on lead generation. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an individual contributor role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with US market dynamics and sales strategies. Proficiency in using CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
