We are hiring for the role of **Sales Intern at Sociium**
Sociium is a leading provider of innovative digital solutions based in Hyderabad. Specializing in **Digital marketing,** **website design**, **development, social media marketing, and SEO strategies, lead generation, marketing strategies**, we help businesses enhance their online presence. With expertise in social media marketing and digital advertising, we drive engagement and brand awareness across platforms to maximize lead generation. Our holistic digital strategies focus on brand building through various digital channels.
This is a **full-time on-site** Sales Intern role at **Sociium**. The Sales Intern will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales, including communication with clients & customers, providing exceptional customer service, training, and sales management.
**Requirements and Skills**
- Scheduling offline and online qualified sales meetings
Strong communication with clients & customers service skills
Ability to sell and negotiate with clients
Experience or willingness to learn about sales management
Internship or work experience in sales is a plus
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Basic knowledge of sales, marketing and digital media is a plus
Bachelor's degree or pursuing Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu
**Stipend structure**:
Minimum-assured stipend: Rs. 8000/month
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of revenue generated).
Women wanting to start/restart their career in business development/sales are preferred. Prior business development/sales internship experience is a plus.

Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month
