Customer Care Agent

As a Female Customer Care Agent, you will be the frontline representative of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be the point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products or services. The role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to navigate customer interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Address and resolve customer issues, concerns, or complaints with patience and empathy.
**Problem Resolution**:Investigate and analyze customer problems and work towards effective and timely solutions.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and escalate problems when necessary.
**Product Knowledge**:Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their queries.
Provide guidance on product usage and features to enhance customer satisfaction.
**Documentation**:Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Report recurring issues and customer feedback to the appropriate teams for continuous improvement.
**Quality Assurance**:Ensure adherence to customer service standards and policies.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
**Communication**:Communicate effectively with internal teams to relay customer feedback and insights.
Collaborate with colleagues to improve overall customer service delivery.
**Timely Follow-up**:Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the resolution.
Proactively reach out to customers for feedback and improvement suggestions.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
**Working Conditions**:The position may require working weekends, holidays, or flexible hours to accommodate customer needs.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
