**Position**: Customer Care Executive

**Location**: Janakpuri, Delhi

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Experience Required**: 1-3 years in customer service or similar roles

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Support**:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.

Address customer queries related to unlisted shares, transactions, and account issues.

Provide accurate information about the company’s services and policies.

**Lead Conversion**:
Educate potential customers about investment opportunities in unlisted shares.

Assist in onboarding new customers onto the platform.

Work towards achieving customer satisfaction and retention goals.

**Issue Resolution**:
Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory issue resolution.

**Documentation and Reporting**:
Maintain accurate call logs and customer interaction records.

Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes.

**Collaboration**:
Coordinate with other departments such as operations, website management, and marketing to ensure smooth customer journeys.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer care or a related field.

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).

Basic knowledge of financial markets or willingness to learn about unlisted shares.

Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on providing excellent service.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience in the financial or investment sector is a plus.

Knowledge of unlisted shares and trading platforms.
