Customer Support Executive

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Customer Support Executive who possesses not only exceptional customer service skills but also technical proficiency and experience with Tally software. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to our clients, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize your technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products or services. This may involve providing step-by-step guidance, troubleshooting software problems, and offering solutions to technical challenges.
- Demonstrate expertise in Tally software to assist customers with software-related questions, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, using our CRM system.
- Conduct training sessions or webinars for customers to educate them on using our products effectively, especially focusing on Tally software integration and utilization.
- Gather feedback from customers regarding their experience with our products and services. Analyze feedback trends and communicate insights to the relevant teams for product enhancement and service improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
- Proficiency in Tally software with hands-on experience in its usage, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing tools for managing customer inquiries and requests.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends as needed to ensure adequate coverage for customer support.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
