Date of approval:06 1 20 22 Role GTM Solutions & Presales # Testing Reporting to Head of GTM report to Global Testing Practice Head Education Qualification B.E B.Tech MBA Years of Experience 18 yrs Key Areas of Responsibility: Experience in Leading Presales & GTM So lutions Management # Is results oriented and has a high degree of accountability, commitment and responsibility leading testing Quality Engineering services GTM Solutions, Consulting & or Presales & Solutions team driving business growth & positive o utcomes. # Proven technical ability - combined with strong business acumen to understand the client needs and open testing services opportunities # Should have led a presales team operations and managed service line Pipeline of around 300-500M U SD and TCV growth of 100M USD # Should have handled large testing deals, provided test solutions, managed or setup a large On Off testing service delivery engagements, understand TCoE, Test factory models, solutioning, costing and pricing, with han ds on experience of program managing one large testing services account in delivery. # Estimating, costing for Fixed Price, Managed Services engagements and new pricing models like Unit based, Catalog based costing and Business levers used in testin g # Managing testing proposal & advisory work across offshore and global locations. # Understands pipeline analysis, opportunity analysis, Win Loss analysis and managing client prospects, customer visits, customer relationships & connects. # Implemen tation of testing transformation plan and leveraging ideas like Quality Engineering (Continuous Testing, CI CD), AI ML, Hyper Automation, CoQ, Shift Left, test Optimization, Organization delivery improvements like LEAN, test maturity assessments, aud its and any other CMMI initiatives # Able to anchor as a transformation agent and client advisory support across large testing engagements and helping clients realize their transformation themes. # Multi domain experience (Or min 2 domain areas
