**Job Description: Premium Club Customer Relationship Specialist**

**Position Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Premium Club Customer Relationship Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with our premium club members, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing an exceptional and personalized experience. Your goal will be to deliver unparalleled service, anticipate member needs, and contribute to the overall success of our premium club.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Personalized Assistance**: Provide personalized assistance to members by understanding their preferences, needs, and expectations. Tailor interactions to enhance their experience and exceed their expectations.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address member inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively. Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues and ensure seamless solutions.
- **Membership Renewals**: Proactively engage with members to renew their premium club memberships. Highlight the value and benefits of continued membership, creating a seamless renewal process.
- **Event Coordination**: Organize and execute exclusive events, gatherings, and experiences for premium club members. Collaborate with the events team to ensure events align with member preferences and deliver memorable experiences.
- **Feedback Collection**: Solicit feedback from members to gain insights into their experience and preferences. Utilize feedback to continuously enhance and improve the premium club offerings.
- **Upselling and Cross-selling**: Identify opportunities to upsell additional premium services and cross-sell relevant products or experiences that align with members' interests.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date member profiles and interaction history in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- **Membership Growth**: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to contribute to the growth of the premium club membership base. Participate in membership drives, promotional activities, and referral programs.
- **Performance Metrics**: Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to member satisfaction, retention rates, and upselling/cross-selling targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in a customer-centric role, preferably within the luxury, hospitality, or premium services sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect authentically with members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and tools for effective member relationship management.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a genuine interest in understanding and catering to individual preferences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and attend off-site events as needed.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
