As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships, and addressing customer concerns. Your primary focus will be to enhance the overall customer experience and contribute to the company's success by maintaining a positive and professional relationship with clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
- Regularly check in with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and problems effectively.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to improve products or services.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align customer interactions with overall business objectives.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
- Empathy and a customer-centric mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
