Customer Relationship Executive

Property and Asset Management

**What this job involves**:
Providing help and advice to visiting customers in case any help they ask for.
Investigating and solving customers' problems.
Handling customer complaints or any crises, such as security issues or a customer being taken ill.
Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
Producing written information for customers, often involving use of computer packages/software;
Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use.
Get customer feedback and liaise with Customer care Manager for any remedial action.
Perform all work as assigned by the Customer Care Manager as deemed necessary to maintain and operate the Property at an optimum level.
To handling the lobby movement & greeting to the guest
Key management
Issue RFID tag to residents for their vehicle entry
Do the biometric for residents.
Coordinate for KHO & PPSV arrangement
Coordinate for Tata Power name change process.
Completing new moved in guest formalities as mentioned below ;
Taking family details of new moved in guest and updating in occupancy report
Coordinate for NOC process for tenant.
Distribution of Tata power electricity bills to resident every month by bellhop.
Sending occupancy report on daily basis
Sharing vendor contact list with new moved in guest.
Handling Visitor Management system packages/software;
Writing reports on analyzing the customer service that Property Property provides.
Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use.
Get customer feedback and liaise with Customer care Manager for any remedial action.
Inform Housekeeping Executive in case of any untidiness found.
Inform Security and Help Desk in case of any untoward incident.
Perform all work as assigned by the Customer Care Manager as deemed necessary to maintain and operate the Property at an optimum level.
Communicates effectively with superiors, peers and subordinates.
