We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer relations. The intern will be responsible for visiting local bakeries, cafes, and restaurants to introduce and explain our products, build relationships with business owners, purchase managers and chefs, and assist in promoting our brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Field Visits**: Visit assigned bakeries, cafes, and restaurants regularly to introduce and explain our product offerings, including features, benefits, and usage.
- **Product Demonstrations**: Conduct product demonstrations and sampling sessions to showcase the quality and versatility of our products.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, managers, and staff to foster brand loyalty and increase product adoption.
- **Market Research**: Gather feedback from customers about their needs, preferences, and perceptions of our products. Report findings to the sales and marketing team to assist in strategy development.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in creating and delivering sales presentations, promotional materials, and product samples.
- **Brand Promotion**: Support the marketing team in executing local promotional activities, such as in-store promotions, events, and social media campaigns.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of visits, customer interactions, and feedback. Prepare regular reports for the sales and marketing team.
- **Learning and Development**: Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop skills in sales, marketing, and customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field currently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Kannada, Tamil (optional) and Hindi (Optional)
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, and confident in approaching new people.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel locally and visit various establishments.
- A passion for food, especially baked goods and café culture, is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle may be required.
