**Responsibilities**:
Ø Inbound or Outbound making calls to clients to fix appointments and explain products.

Ø Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that client’s feel supported and valued.

Ø Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.

Ø Building lasting relationships with clients and other call centre team members based on trust and reliability.

Ø Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.

Ø Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call centre metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.

Ø Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.

Ø Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position.

Ø Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,800.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
