- Manages a fair workload and is willing to go the extra mile to meet the desired results.
- Having an experience in tools such as Freshdesk/Zendesk is a plus.
- As a Customer Care Executive, you would be responsible for refining the processes for support, defining priorities for support requests and eventually train other teammates as our customer base grows.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
