Front Office Receptionist

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and provide accurate information to callers and visitors.
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate conference room reservations as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer service delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a front office or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Prior experience with office equipment such as multi-line phone systems and printers is a plus.
