Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the company's compostable packaging brand
2. Identify and qualify new leads on the field
3. Generate sales opportunities
4. Close deals
5. Build and maintain relationships with customers
6. Provide excellent customer service
7. Manage the sales team
8. Track and report on sales performance

**Experience**:
1. Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on B2B sales
2. Deep understanding of the compostable packaging market
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
4. Strong relationship-building skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Responsibilities:
1. Attend trade shows and industry events
2. Write and deliver marketing materials
3. Conduct market research
4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
