**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from generate leads, cold calls, and prospect lists.

Introduce and present our products/services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.

Build and maintain a strong understanding of our products/services, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Listen to customer needs and tailor product/service offerings to match their requirements.

Develop and nurture relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up.

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate efforts and share insights for improved sales strategies.

Provide regular feedback to management regarding, customer preferences, and opportunities for improvement.

Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques through training and development initiatives.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
Education/ University degree in business administration, sales, commerce or any other relevant field.

Minimum of 2 years of proven success in tele sales or telemarketing, preferably within [relevant industry/sector].

Strong verbal communication skills, fluency in **English Communication skills **and the ability to engage customers over the phone effectively.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in using sales-related tools.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of calls and leads.

Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.

Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
