**Inside Sales Executive**
**Location: Agra**
**Company Overview**:
Skillyards, a leader in the tech industry, is establishing an IT Hub in the city of Taj, Agra. Monitoring the current methods of training in India and bringing a revolution to the traditional methods, Skillyards offers practical training programs in rapidly growing fields such as Full-Stack Web Development, Digital Marketing, UI/UX Design & many more
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation and Management**:
- Research and identify potential customers through various sources (e.g., databases, social media, and web research).
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for the next steps.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
- Follow up with leads to move them through the sales funnel.
- **Sales Process**:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Present product/service offerings to potential customers in a compelling way.
- Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed quotas.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide ongoing support to customers to ensure satisfaction and success with the product/service.
- **Market Intelligence**:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to improve offerings and strategies.
- **Reporting**:
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or related role.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time position.
- Office-based with occasional travel for training or meetings.
- May require working additional hours to meet sales targets.
**Compensation**:
- Competitive salary with commission and bonuses based on performance.
