**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role at First Connect Worldwide LLC USA's location in Noida for an International Customer Service Representative. The International Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering an excellent customer service experience.

**Qualifications**
- Strong customer support and customer satisfaction skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the logistics industry is a plus

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
