Executive Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage the owner's calendar, appointments, and scheduling.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and other documents.
- **Meeting Coordination**:
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments for the owner.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Arrange logistics for meetings, including room bookings, catering, and audiovisual equipment setup.
- **Communication Liaison**:
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communication, relaying messages, inquiries, and requests to the appropriate parties.
- Ensure effective communication among bakery staff, management, and external stakeholders.
- Draft and edit correspondence, memos, and other written materials.
- **Project Management**:
- Assist in the planning and execution of bakery projects, events, and initiatives.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Track project progress, update relevant stakeholders, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- **Financial Administration**:
- Assist in financial tasks such as expense tracking, invoicing, and budget monitoring.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate record-keeping and financial reporting.
- **Task Prioritization and Time Management**:
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
- Anticipate the needs of the owner and proactively address them to optimize productivity.
- **Confidentiality and Discretion**:
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Discretion and trustworthiness.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
**Salary**: ₹10,567.43 - ₹30,000.00 per month
