- 1. Establish a Transformation roadmap and knowledge base for a consolidated NOC + Service Desk
- 2. Gap Analysis and Maturity Roadmap on establishing world-class Service Desk Capabilities and developing a roadmap to improving customer experience management
- 3. Establish a Transformation roadmap and knowledge base for Service assurance
- 4. Build optimized processes and enhance Existing processes for the departments under the Technology sector. Build OLAs/ WLAs/ Cross-functional processes
- 5. Build an Operations Maturity roadmap including a roadmap for achieving customer-centric certifications (ISO)
- 6. Establish a Quality Assurance function
- 7. Gap Analysis and recommendation for improving (through automation) existing systems for service excellence, operations excellence, and resilience objectives

Roles & Responsibilities
- 1. Provide required approach and methodology, CVs and case studies during proposal creation
