**Role Information: Service Desk**
Provide technical support, service restoration, fulfillment of service request and advice to users ensuring the maximum availability, performance and utilization of knowledge and information systems.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Intermediate knowledge of small forms (iOS, Android, Windows)
- Intermediate knowledge of operating systems (Windows XP-10), browsers, MS Office suite, Office 365, messaging (Outlook 2013-19), Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive for Business
- Experience working in a busy ICT Service Desk environment, with knowledge of systems, support, diagnostics, and resolution
- Intermediate knowledge of registry fixes, patch upgrades, virus troubleshooting, security, and encryptions
- Intermediate knowledge of network collaborations, VPN troubleshooting, TCP/IP, OSI, network devices, and carriers
- Basic networking knowledge

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Improve user confidence and provide empathetic support to new and experienced users of computer software.
- Help implement and improve processes/procedures within the team to enable strong service delivery.
- Actively troubleshoot, identify, assess, record, resolve and/or escalate incidents/service requests within agreed timelines and processes, ensuring professional and customer-sensitive handling.

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
