**Description & Requirements**:
Service Desk Executive ( 4 years Experience)
What to expect
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Hands-on experience with all tasks involved in managing a help desk.
- Good hands-on experience Service Now service Desk tool.
- Knowledge on Solarwinds monitoring tool.
- Opportunity to practice and teach customer service and effective communication to fellow employees.
- Working with the guidance of professionals and seniors.
- Exposure to the field of customer service and all its facets.
- ITIL certificate is preferred.
- Good documentation skills on preparing SOP.
- Good knowledge on CAB process, change management.
- Good experience in handling major incidents, Service Request, Change tickets and able to prepare reports.
- Experience in monitoring tools like nagios and solariwind,
**Responsibilities**:
- Run the help desk, asset supply, and deployment and vendor management
- Receive and respond to IT queries promptly
- Manage asset inventory
- Assist employees as when required, with technical issues; document incidents for future reference
- Collaborate with internal partners to implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency
- Prepare periodic reports for management with recommendations and trends
