**_ Your role will require you to utilize your experience in and knowledge of insurance/reinsurance and claims processes to process transactions for the Claims Support Teams and communicate with the Onsite Team._**

**_ Responsibilities_**:**_ _**
- **_Transaction processing for Claims Support Teams_**

**_ _**
- **_Communicating with the Onsite Team_**

**_ _**
- **_Responsible for FNOL Indexing, Set Up, Payment's processing, Diary set up, closing file, Updating reserves and Vendors_**

**_ _**
- **_Responsible to comprehend, good customer service attitude to clearly articulate the resolution_**

**_ _**
- **_Responsible to handle varied volumes of workloads and to reach targets and deadlines on a timely basis_**

**_Qualifications we seek in you_**:**_ _**

**_ Minimum Qualifications_**

**_ _**
- **_Graduate (in any discipline)_**

**_ _**
- **_Relevant work experience for London Market Insurance preferred_**

**_ _**
- **_Should have wing to wing knowledge of the Claims lifecycle _**
- **_Must demonstrate and foster customer focus, teamwork, accountability, initiative, and innovation._**

**_ _**
- **_Fluent in English language
- both written and oral_**

**_ _**_ _**_ _**_Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_**_ _**
- **_Insurance domain awareness_**

**_ _**
- **_Good knowledge of MS Office_**

**_ _**
- **_Preferred with certification on one of the streams i.e., CII London i.e., ALMI, FIT or Cert CII or equivalent or AINS, CPCU certification_**

- **_Knowledge of Bureau/Non-Bureau market_**

**_ _**
- **_Knowledge of FNOL, Invoice, BDX documents_**

- **_Exposure to Reinsurance Market and _**_it's types such as Prop and Non prop_**
