- In this role, you will be responsible for claims processing._
- We are looking for team members who have developed specialized skills through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience. Completes work with a limited degree of supervision. Provides informal mentorship and support to less expert team members. Is skilled in a range of processes, procedures, and systems to carry out assigned tasks. Uses knowledge of how the team integrates with others to accomplish the team objectives._
- Responsibilities_
- _Receipt of Claims accounts from Insurance Companies._
- _Validate overall terms (e.g., payment) and conditions prior to dispatching the Claims Application, and add appropriate special comments as needed for PO exceptions._
- _Check Image Processing - Responsible for building and producing efficiency and detailed claims reports._
- _Perform functions related to check._
- _Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors._

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications / Skills_
- _Graduation in college and above_
- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Specialty Insurance Claims knowledge preferred, insurance domain certification will be an added advantage_
- _Comfortable using multiple systems and interfaces_
- _Proactive communication & High analytical skills with ability to foresee issues and suggest solutions, with impactful data_
- _Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels within the organization._
- _Claims assessment & adjudication experience desired._
