Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate – Insurance Claims - CN&EN
In this role, you will be responsible for claims processing.
We are looking for team members who have developed specialized skills through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience. Completes work with a limited degree of supervision. Provides informal mentorship and support to less expert team members. Is skilled in a range of processes, procedures, and systems to carry out assigned tasks. Uses knowledge of how the team integrates with others to accomplish the team objectives. 
Responsibilities
• Receipt of Claims accounts from Insurance Companies.
• Validate overall terms (e.g., payment) and conditions prior to dispatching the Claims Application, and add appropriate special comments as needed for PO exceptions.
• Check Image Processing - Responsible for building and producing efficiency and detailed claims reports.
• Perform functions related to check.
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Graduation in college and above 
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Specialty Insurance Claims knowledge preferred, insurance domain certification will be an added advantage
• Comfortable using multiple systems and interfaces
• Proactive communication & High analytical skills with ability to foresee issues and suggest solutions, with impactful data
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels within the organization.
• Claims assessment & adjudication experience desired.
