As an Inside Sales Executive at IIDE, your primary objective is to engage, educate, and guide prospective students and their parents about the benefits of our Digital Marketing Courses. Through meaningful interactions and effective communication, you will contribute to the achievement of sales targets while providing mentorship to junior team members. By leveraging your passion for sales and counselling, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of aspiring digital marketers, ultimately driving the growth and success of our institution.

Engage in Meaningful Conversations**: Initiate and nurture insightful discussions with prospective students, showcasing the advantages of our Digital Marketing Courses at IIDE. Enlighten parents about the career prospects and benefits associated with our offerings.
- ** Mentorship and Support**: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior counsellors, sharing valuable insights and strategies to enhance their performance.
- ** Target Achievement**: Proactively reach out to potential students daily, aiming for 60-80 high-quality interactions. Leverage CRM tools to monitor and achieve weekly and monthly targets for student conversions.
- ** Effective Communication**: Demonstrate clear and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written, while interacting with students and parents.
- ** Sales Management and Reporting**: Utilize CRM and sales automation tools to generate comprehensive reports, tracking student interactions and conversion rates effectively.
- ** Collaboration and Assistance**: Collaborate with senior counsellors as needed, ensuring cohesive teamwork and success for the entire team.
Qualifications:
- Preferably 1-2 years of counselling experience.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor.
- Passionate about sales and counselling, with a keen interest in educational technology.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.

- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a keen interest in sales and counseling.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and previous experience with EdTech platforms is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
**Expected deliverables/KPIs**:
- Connect with a minimum of 50-60 prospective students daily.
- Contribute to meeting weekly revenue targets as per batch requirements.
- Engage in 2-3 hours of talk time per day on average.
